About

All good character qualities are inherent in all people. Our research based curricula allow you to pull out and develop these qualities. They are appropriate for ages 12 through adult. Our curricula are free to use and we can provide assistance for implementation.

Changing Lives is a research based, proven effective curriculum that requires participants to realize the importance of developing character qualities to improve their lives and enhance relationships. The core team consists of Dan Alexander, David and Laura Everett, Randy Exsted and Dennis and Merry Parker. Each has contributed their own gifts and talents in preparing this online curriculum that is interactive, adaptable and FREE. The focus is to make each participant of this curriculum “the best You that You can be.”

What others are saying about the program!

I’m so excited about the new content in the Coaching to Change Lives curriculum.

“Coaching to Change Lives”, next to the Bible, is the most important book ever written because when Dennis Parker and D.W. Rutledge taught the coaching community what character education is, they also taught us how to implement the principles into the lives of our kids. Implementation created behavioral changes and positive influences that have been paid forward and has been exponentially impactful.

Changing lives for good equates to changing cultures for good whether it’s a locker room, a school, a city, a state or a country.

This program works!! I can’t recommend it enough! It made a positive change in our athletes and school culture. The value of this program in changing behaviors is tremendous.

The 2002-03 school year, we implemented “Changing Lives” with our athletic period during the study hall portion.  The teachers had very positive comments about the objectives.  Many said that their perceptions of their students changed for the positive. In January, 2003 we implemented the “Changing Lives” course as an elective credit (state approved) for the general student body.

As we know, students go home each day to an empty house for various reasons. Our kids need direction. The bullying, the school shootings, suicides, the drop outs, and the despair students face are overwhelming.  We need to pay attention. Where else are they to learn self-esteem, respect, perseverance, responsibility, success, and goal setting?

“Dennis is perhaps the most highly respected clinician and seminar speaker in the nation, his work in the development of the curriculum for developing character is one of the areas needed most in our American schools today.”

An outstanding guide that can elevate not only your team but coaching staff as well. Within one season of implementing Coach Parker’s “Coaching to Change Lives”, our football team achieved its first undefeated season in over 30 years! Very excited to implement the revised video version this season.
